About me

I've been teaching piano in Brighton for 10 years. I studied classical piano performance at the University of Chichester and have over 15 years of experience as a session musician. I also work as a session drummer which gives me a unique insight into two different sides of the stage. 

I’ve had the privilege of studying under some incredible concert pianists, including Ruth McGinley, Terence Albright and Jonathan Plowright, and I’m thrilled to share my knowledge and skills with new students.

I’m well-versed in all grade syllabi, especially ABRSM, and I can guide you through grades if that’s your goal. But more importantly, I’m eager to help you develop the skills you need to play the music you love and connect with. 

What's more important than grades and certificates is learning the skills to play and create music that you will have for a lifetime.
